Our off campus apartments vary in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plan features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-concept layout, large windows, and full-size appliances, among additional apartment features. Our largest floor plan features four bedrooms, each of which includes a private bathroom, as well as all of the traditional comforts of home with plenty of modern upgrades throughout.

Yes! Residents of our apartments in Fayetteville, AR, have access to our covered, secure garage parking located on site.

Yes. The apartments are wired for high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi. Each apartment also includes an Amazon® Echo Dot, a 55-inch smart HDTV, and cable, among other modern features.

Our student living community is equipped with smart apartment technology, including electronic entry to apartments and individual bedrooms as well as a voice-controlled smart thermostat, lights, ceiling fan, and door locks. Our professional on-site maintenance, management, and office staff are available — rain or shine — to ensure residents live comfortably.

Each installment payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the 5th day of the month are considered late. Residents can bring their monthly payments to the clubhouse or make a payment online using the resident portal.

Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, cable, electricity, water, apartment furnishings, and features, and access to all of The Avenue’s on-site resident amenities.

Yes, our apartments are pet friendly, although a pet fee will be required.
